After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Aledo, Fossil Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Chisholm Trail Rangers 15-5. Considering the Panthers have won five matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Briley Wilson was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out six batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). In other batting news, Yari Santiago was incredible, scoring three runs while going 4-for-5. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Ashtyn Hill was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
