Basketball Game Preview: Northern Bedford County Panthers vs. Southern Fulton Indians

Northern Bedford County hasn't had much luck against Southern Fulton recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Northern Bedford County Panthers will host the Southern Fulton Indians at 7:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Wednesday, Northern Bedford County came up short against Forbes Road and fell 70-61.

Despite the defeat, Northern Bedford County got top-tier performance from Alex Kochara, who went 8 for 16 on his way to 22 points. The dominant performance gave Kochara a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Wesley Horsh, who posted nine points in addition to seven assists and seven boards.

Meanwhile, Southern Fulton didn't have too much trouble with Claysburg-Kimmel on Wednesday as they won 62-45.

Southern Fulton's win came from a few key players Northern Bedford County will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Sam Stotler, who went 9 of 13 on his way to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Teagan Ritz, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 12 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

The victory got Southern Fulton back to even at 1-1. As for Northern Bedford County, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
