Manchester Township has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. The Manchester Township Hawks and the Central Regional Golden Eagles will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 26th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Manchester Township focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Wednesday.

Devyn Quigley was her usual excellent self, scoring 24 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Manchester Township's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Madeline Nolan, who scored nine points along with four steals.
Meanwhile, Central Regional's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on January 11th after their third straight loss. Manchester Township's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Central Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
Manchester Township was able to grind out a solid win over Central Regional in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, winning 50-37. Will Manchester Township repeat their success, or does Central Regional have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
