The Jackson Jaguars are on the road again on Thursday and play against the Shiloh Generals at 3:00 p.m. on December 28th. Jackson has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 414 points over their last six contests.
Last Tuesday, Jackson faced North Paulding in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Jackson took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of North Paulding. The loss put an end to Jackson's undefeated start to the season.
Despite the defeat, Jackson got a solid performance out of Taliah Cornish, who scored 22 points. Another player making a difference was Kennedie Cooper, who scored eight points along with five steals.
Meanwhile, Shiloh lost to Carver on the road by a decisive 52-36 margin on Thursday.
Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 7-1. As for Shiloh, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
