Bryant won against Cabot last Tuesday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Hornets walked away with a 6-2 victory over the North Little Rock Charging Wildcats. Winning may never get old, but the Hornets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Bryant's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for North Little Rock, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bryant will welcome Benton at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for North Little Rock, they will host Sylvan Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
