The Dunedin Falcons will face off against the Mulberry Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Dunedin comes in on five and Mulberry on four.
Dunedin is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Boca Ciega with a sharp 11-5 victory. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.
Cael Rogers spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits.

At the plate, Dunedin let Olivia Preston and Riley Millican run wild. Preston went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs, while Millican went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Those four RBI gave Preston a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aliyah Roseman, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
Meanwhile, Mulberry narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Chamberlain 3-2.
Mulberry also let their pitcher toss all seven innings and she was also dialed-in: Haylie Hightower gave up only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits.
On the hitting side, Lorianys Castanon Cruz was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. A'Lejah Washington was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one triple and one stolen base.
Mulberry's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-10. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Dunedin, their victory bumped their record up to 19-5.
