Leading Ursuline Academy to victory were  Mackenzie Higgins and  Madison Moine.  Higgins  had five  digs and four  aces, while  Moine  had five  digs and two  aces. What's more,  Higgins posted five assists, the most she's  had since back in September.
 They weren't the only good servers: Ursuline Academy  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in five consecutive  matchups.
 Despite the  loss, Carroll had strong showings from  Claire Clemens, who  had 15  digs and one  assist, and  Meghan Maxwell, who  had nine  digs and seven  assists. Clemens has been hot recently, having  posted 13 or more  digs the last three times she's  played.
Ursuline Academy's record now sits at 18-7. As for Carroll, they moved to 14-11 with that  defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.
 Ursuline Academy has already played their next match,  a  3-0  win against Turpin on the 29th. Carroll does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
