Albany barely beat Schenectady the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over the Patriots on Wednesday. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Patriots, too.

Albany got a massive performance out of Devin Moulden, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Colin Paulsen, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Albany always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .581. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Schenectady only posted an OBP of .062.

The win got Albany back to even at 1-1. As for Schenectady, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Albany will head out on the road to square off against Guilderland at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Schenectady, they will challenge Saranac at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
