As a matter of fact, that's the most points Russell has scored all season. Luca Walema was another key contributor, dropping a triple-double on ten points, 18 rebounds, and ten assists.
Adelson's loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-12. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.7 points per game. As for Needles, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 21-0.
Adelson will be playing at home against Laughlin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Nevada (Laughlin is ranked 101st, while Adelson is ranked 111th). As for Needles, they will head out on the road to square off against White Pine at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. White Pine has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 357 points over their last six matchups.
