Leon is 8-2 against Rickards since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lions will venture away from home to face off against the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. Leon comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Things were looking good for Leon after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 12-9 to Marianna.

Taylor Winfield was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.
Winfield wasn't the only one making solid contact as seven players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Kamryn Smith, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run was Smith's first of the season. Another was Trinity Williams, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.
Meanwhile, Rickards came up short against Aucilla Christian on Monday and fell 8-5. The Raiders have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Ambriell Nelson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Jaliya Conyers was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
Leon's record is now 0-10. As for Rickards, their record now sits at 4-7.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Leon has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.5 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Rickards struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 10.1 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
