The Southside Panthers will face off against the Gadsden City Titans at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Given that  the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  matchup.

 Meanwhile,  after a string of four wins, Gadsden City's good fortune finally ran out  on Friday. They fell  30-17 to Fort Payne.
 Southside now  has a losing record of 3-4. As for Gadsden City, their  defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-3.
 Southside beat Gadsden City 30-23  when the teams last played  back in October of 2024. Will the Panthers repeat their success,  or do  the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
