Monroe Central strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against the Magnolia Blue Eagles as they made off with a 14-6 win. That's more bragging rights for the Seminoles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Monroe Central got a massive performance out of Ryder Muntz, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Those four RBI gave Muntz a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mason Landefeld, who went 4-for-5 with five RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Monroe Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Magnolia, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monroe Central will head out to square off against Shenandoah at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Seminoles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Magnolia, they will venture away from home to take on Cameron at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
