After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Morris, Plainfield Central was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Metea Valley Mustangs as the Plainfield Central Wildcats made off with a 20-6 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Wildcats needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.
Kaylynn Howe looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits.
