They strolled past Red Lion Christian Academy with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 49-35. That's another feather in the cap for Conrad Science, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Red Lion Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Aniya Freeman almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds. Freeman is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Shalom Davis was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Conrad Science pushed their record up to 12-4 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Red Lion Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conrad Science will take on Delaware Military Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Red Lion Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Hodgson Vo-Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Delaware (Red Lion Christian Academy is ranked 42nd, while Hodgson Vo-Tech is ranked 21st).
