The Central Christian Crusaders's game on Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They breezed by Harvester Christian Academy on the road to the tune of 49-17. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Central Christian has posted yet this season.
Central Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Riley Clark led the charge by scoring 11 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That's the first time this season that Clark pulled down eight or more rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sarah Passow, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Central Christian now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Harvester Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
Central Christian will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Trinity Christian School of Griffin at 6:00 p.m. on January 22nd. As for Harvester Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Central Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
