Timber Creek has gone a perfect 3-0 against Northwest recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Timber Creek Falcons are taking a road trip to challenge the Northwest Texans at 6:30 p.m. Timber Creek's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Timber Creek faced off against V.R. Eaton on Friday. Timber Creek never let V.R. Eaton onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Northwest has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 3. Neither they nor Trinity could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Texans' first draw of the season.

Timber Creek now has a winning record of 3-2-2. Northwest's draw gives them a new season record of 2-7-1.

Timber Creek came out on top in a nail-biter against Northwest in their previous matchup back in March of 2016, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Timber Creek since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
