Rowe-Clark scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They managed a 67-63 win over Bulls College Prep. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Rowe-Clark's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Arnez Jones led the charge by dropping a double-double on 30 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jones has scored all season. Artez Jones was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
Meanwhile, Johnson earned a 67-54 victory over Butler on Thursday.
Rowe-Clark's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Johnson, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season.
Rowe-Clark might still be hurting after the 64-43 loss they got from Johnson in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Can Rowe-Clark avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
