Leo Leiva gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Tuesday. He did his part (and then some), not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over seven innings pitched for the 'W'. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Lancaster is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-12 otherwise.

Leiva's effort led Lancaster over Waxahachie and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
