The J.H. Rose Rampants will head out to take on the Havelock Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.
J.H. Rose's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Hunt as they made off with a 21-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Rampants, who have now won 11 games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Santana Sneed made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three RBI and two runs.
In other batting news, J.H. Rose got a massive performance out of Michelle Jenkins, who went 2-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. That's the most runs Jenkins has posted since back in April. Ava Credle was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs and two RBI.
J.H. Rose kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Havelock can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Northside - Jacksonville with a sharp 20-0 victory.
Like J.H. Rose, Havelock also got a great game from a two-way player: Carolina Jenkins. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Jenkins was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs.
In other batting news, Maggie Hirsch was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Cassidee Moulton, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
J.H. Rose pushed their record up to 13-10 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Havelock, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-14.
Havelock's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: J.H. Rose hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .332. It's a different story for Havelock, though, as they've only averaged .231. Will they be able to contain J.H. Rose's hitters?
J.H. Rose took their victory against Havelock in their previous matchup back in April by a conclusive 16-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rampants since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
