Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wakeland). They claimed a resounding 85-58 win over the Keller Central Chargers. The Wolverines not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since February 4th (when they won 72-29).

The victory made it two in a row for Wakeland and bumps their season record up to 3-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.5 points over those games. As for Keller Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Looking ahead, Wakeland won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Dallas Jesuit at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Keller Central, they will also get right back to it: they'll take on Forney at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chargers will be up against the Jackrabbits' rather soft defense (which has allowed 71.25 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
