Evan Zinn put up the most strikeouts he's had over his last four matchups on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over four innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Canyon Hills is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-8-2 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Zinn and Canyon Hills will look to defend their home field on the 15th against Lincoln at 4:00 p.m. The Rattlers are 8-1 against the Hornets going back to April of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
