The Meade Mustangs stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Crofton as Meade made off with a 69-44 win. The win was familiar territory for Meade who now have four in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Meade to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ashton Turman, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds. Turman continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Keon Scott, who scored 14 points along with eight assists and three steals.
Meade's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Crofton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.
Meade won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Bruins at 6:45 p.m. on January 31st. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Maryland (Broadneck is ranked 83rd, while the Mustangs are ranked 66th). As for Crofton, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Wildcats on January 31st. Arundel is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
