Shiloh Christian made easy work of Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood on Saturday and carried off a 44-14 win. Followers of Shiloh Christian probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected seven blowout victories.
It took a quarter to shake off the cobwebs, but after zero first-quarter points, the Shiloh Christian offense picked up 22 points in the second quarter. Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 8 to make it 22-8 heading into the break. Shiloh Christian put the matchup away in the third quarter with 14 points from the offense and zero points allowed from the defense.
The victory makes it two in a row for Shiloh Christian and bumps their record up to 9-1. Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood's loss pushes them down to 6-3. Both of these squads appear to be finished for the season, as they have no upcoming games scheduled.
