The Tuscarora Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Williamsport Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Tuscarora is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses.
Last Friday, Tuscarora earned a 63-52 win over Brunswick. The win was just what Tuscarora needed coming off of a 75-48 loss in their prior match.
Meanwhile, even though South Hagerstown scored an imposing 57 points on Friday, Williamsport still came out on top. Williamsport narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past South Hagerstown 59-57.
Jalen Coleman and Ceonta Wilmore were among the main playmakers for Williamsport as the former scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and two steals and the latter scored 22 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Wilmore has scored at least a third of Williamsport's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Corry Nelson Jr, who scored eight points along with three steals.
Tuscarora's victory bumped their record up to 2-15. As for Williamsport, their win bumped their record up to 11-9.
