The Jefferson Panthers won the last time they faced the Ennis Mustangs, and things went their way on Thursday too. Jefferson simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mustangs 74-45 on the road.
Dalton Noble was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with eight rebounds and seven blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Stevens, who scored seven points along with 13 rebounds and two blocks.
Jefferson's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-5. As for Ennis, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Jefferson will be playing in front of their home fans against the at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ennis, they will head out on the road to take on the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Montana (Broadwater is ranked 147th, while the Mustangs are ranked 150th).
