Yunis is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last eight games he's played. Ryan Abaye was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
San Clemente got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Christian Fernandez out in front who scored 18 points. The contest was Fernandez's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Porter Hansen, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds and five assists.
Northwood's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for San Clemente, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
Northwood's road trip will continue as they head out to face Los Osos at 7:00 p.m. on December 26th.
