Rockport-Fulton hasn't had much luck against Sinton recently, but that could start to change on Friday. Rockport-Fulton will be playing in front of their home fans against Sinton at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Friday.
Rockport-Fulton barely beat Gonzales the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Rockport-Fulton put the hurt on Gonzales with a sharp 11-3 victory on Monday. Considering the Pirates have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Nate Mutchler and Derek Garcia did most of the damage at the plate: Mutchler scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Garcia scored two runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Keldon Kemp, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double.
Sinton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .476. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Jones only posted a batting average of .217.
Sinton pushed their record up to 12-5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Rockport-Fulton, their win bumped their record up to 9-6-1.
