This season hasn't been kind to the Tenoroc Titans, who are still winless after their 11th matchup. Their tough 68-42 defeat to All Saints' Academy on Friday might stick with them for a while. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Tenoroc has suffered since December 4, 2023.
All Saints' Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Claudarius Bell, who scored 22 points along with five steals. Bell continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Jaelen Randall was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with three steals.
Tenoroc bumped their record down to 0-11 with that loss, which was their ninth straight on the road. As for All Saints' Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tenoroc and Excel Christian Academy will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Excel Christian Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past six matches -- so hopefully Tenoroc likes a good challenge. As for All Saints' Academy, they will be playing at home against Geneva Classical Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
