Softball Recap: St. John's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

There's no place like home for St. John, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the University Lab Cubs a 15-0 shutout on Friday. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 contests by six runs or more this season.

St. John moved to 20-6 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for University Lab, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-13 record this season.

St. John has already played their next game, a 7-4 loss against Brusly on the 14th. As for University Lab, they will head out on the road to take on Zachary at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
