The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cinco Ranch in their matchups with Seven Lakes: they've now lost five in a row.
Despite the loss, Cinco Ranch still got an impressive performance from Aniya Foy, who scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and seven steals. That was a full 44.6% of Cinco Ranch's points, marking the 12th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jinhwa Jung, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Cinco Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Seven Lakes, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 24 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 27-8 record this season.
Cinco Ranch does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Seven Lakes also has no future games currently scheduled.
