Windsor had lost ten straight at home dating back to last season, but  on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 0-13 to make it 11. They lost  15-4 to the Fair Haven Slaters. As for Fair Haven, their win  ended  a  five-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-8. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
On Fair Haven's side,  Tori Raymond made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Raymond was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances with three  runs, two  doubles,  and one  stolen base.
 In other batting news,  Brianna Gebo was  incredible,  going 3-for-5 with two  runs, two  doubles,  and two  RBI.  Amelia Munger was another key player,  going 3-for-5 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Coming up, Windsor is taking a road trip to  square off against White River Valley  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Fair Haven, they will host Otter Valley  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The Otters will roll in looking for their  seventh straight  victory, something the Slaters surely won't give up without a fight.
