B & B extended the longest winning streak in Twin Valley (8 Man) this week by beating Hanover, 52-46. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Falcons.
B & B and the Wildcats played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with B & B eventually emerging with a 52-46 victory. Dustin Rottinghaus threw for 143 yards and ran for 151 yards in the win.
Nathan Schaefer put up the best numbers through the air as Linn fell to Clifton-Clyde. He finished with four completions for 61 yards and one touchdown. Schaefer's favorite target this week was Brett Peters, who caught one pass for 46 yards.
Brendan Bergman was the best wideout in the league this week as Justin Coup's team bested Hanover. Bergman tallied seven receptions for 100 yards. Tyler Deters helped B & B's passing attack out by catching two balls for 19 yards.
The Falcons' Rottinghaus and Cameron Haug have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Twin Valley (8 Man) in both passing and receiving yards. Rottinghaus has thrown for 657 yards this season, while Haug, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 24 catches for 309 yards. Frankfort's Lucas Adams leads the league in rushing yards with 755.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when B & B takes on Blue Valley. The Falcons are currently in first, while the Rams are in fifth.
The Wildcats took down Independence HomeSchool 58-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
