Sitka put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They slipped by the Lathrop Malemutes 73-72. The Wolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Malemutes, too.

Sitka's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-0. As for Lathrop, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sitka won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Valdez at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lathrop, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against North Pole at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
