Aiden Boehm Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, California Lutheran got the W thanks in part to Aiden Boehm playing the best football he has all season. Boehm picked up 76 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble, made five total tackles, and defended two passes in addition to snagging an interception.
The victory was the third in a row for California Lutheran, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Boehm and California Lutheran will head out to square off against Calvary Baptist at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
