Video: Top 10 Plays of the Week

The MaxPreps Regional Football Computer Rankings have two new No. 1 teams with St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) taking over the top spot in the West and Allen (Texas) returning to No.1 in the Southwest.

St. John Bosco replaced Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas), which had been No. 1 all season. Allen had been No. 1 for most of the season, but was replaced at the top spot a few weeks ago by Trinity (Euless, Texas).

The regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. For the purposes of these rankings, the country was broken down into five regions:

West: California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Hawaii, Alaska, and Montana.

Southwest: Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Midwest: Arkansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

South: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Northeast: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware and Vermont.


West
