The Gurdon Go-Devils will head out on the road to  square off against  the Foreman Gator Arkansas  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Foreman took a loss in their last  contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Gurdon, who comes in off a win.
Gurdon is headed into the  game after thoroughly thrashing Spring Hill: they outscored them in every quarter. The Go-Devils strolled past the Bears with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  24-6. The Go-Devils haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive  win against them.

Gurdon got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Uriah Gatlin out in front who rushed for 158 yards and one  touchdown while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Those  158  rushing yards gave  Gatlin a new career-high.  Eric Hughes helped out on the ground, rushing for 89 yards and a  rushing touchdown.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Gurdon was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 318  rushing yards. They are  a perfect 5-0 when  they've run for more than 200 yards.
 Meanwhile, Foreman scored the most  points they've had  this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They and Dierks were almost perfectly matched up, but the Gator Arkansas suffered  a  47-46 loss. The  defeat   continues a  trend for the Gator Arkansas in their meetings with the Outlaws: they've now lost six in a row.
 Gurdon's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Foreman, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
 Everything came up roses for Gurdon against Foreman when the teams last played  back in November of 2024, as the  squad secured  a  45-14 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Go-Devils since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
