The Blanchard Lions lost against the Tuttle Tigers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Blanchard was outmatched by Tuttle on the road and fell 60-27. Blanchard has not had much luck with Tuttle recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Ava Battles was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 13 points along with 5 assists and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Kinzley Battles, who scored 12 points.
Blanchard's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tuttle, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Blanchard will be playing at home against Newcastle at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tuttle, they will head out on the road to face off against Kingfisher at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
