Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Carson Brown stepped things up a notch to give Rockwood the 'W'. Brown scored four runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Looking ahead, Brown and Rockwood will face off against McConnellsburg at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brown had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their match back in April of 2024 11-0. If he drops another game like that, the outcome could be different this time around.
