Liam Martin gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Thursday. Nobody could stop him as he pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Martin and Bradley-Bourbonnais will look to defend their home field on Friday against Herscher at 4:30 p.m. The Tigers will enter the matchup having just beaten Momence, so the Boilermakers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
