New Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They took  a  47-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Columbus North Bull Dogs. The  matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring  match so far this season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Columbus North to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Kaylie Harmon, who  scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ava Wilson, who  scored nine points along with two  blocks.
 New Albany's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Columbus North, the  win for them keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
 New Albany's road trip will continue as they head out to face Evansville Reitz at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday. Evansville Reitz will roll in looking for their  seventh straight  victory, something New Albany surely won't give up without a fight. As for Columbus North, they will play host again  on Tuesday to welcome Terre Haute North Vigo, where tip off is scheduled  at 8:00  p.m.
