Tee Higgins might have the highest upside of any receiver in America.
The nation's second-rated wideout claimed Tennessee's "Mr. Football" award for the second-straight year
and posted 57 catches for 861 yards and 19 touchdowns during the regular
season for
Oak Ridge (Tenn.).
The exceptional athlete has also performed some high-flying dunks on the hardwood in helping the Wildcats to a No. 6 ranking in the state.
The 6-foot-4, 188-pound senior is committed to Clemson.
