Kenwood's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Neo Feehan, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Austin Mbuyi who scored 23 points. The matchup was Feehan's third in a row with at least ten points. Andrew Otuyelu was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Parkville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chima Egeonu, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Cameron Alexander, who scored 20 points.
Kenwood bumped their record down to 0-10 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Parkville, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.
Kenwood and New Hope Academy will round out the year against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at. As for Parkville, they will square off against Urbana at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Urbana focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Thursday.
