Hutto is 7-1 against the Wolves since November of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hutto Hippos will head out on the road to challenge the Weiss Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Weiss took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hutto, who comes in off a win.
Hutto only won by two when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 21-point they dealt the Vikings on Friday. Everything went Hutto's way against the Vikings as the Hippos made off with a 74-53 victory. Winning may never get old, but Hutto sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Hutto's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jacob Bell, who scored 12 points along with six assists and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Zachary Hicks, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
Meanwhile, Weiss unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 48-40 to Midway.
Hutto now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Weiss, their loss dropped their record down to 13-13.
Hutto came up short against the Wolves when the teams last played back in January, falling 52-45. Can Hutto avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
