Ryan Mack made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Meanwhile, Plantation suffered a tough 34-14 defeat at the hands of Western on Friday. Plantation has struggled against Western recently, as their match on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Plantation's defeat came about despite a quality game from Jorge "jt" tabora ii, who rushed for 13 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 222 yards and a touchdown.
St. Thomas Aquinas' victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.1 points per game. As for Plantation, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.
