Everything went their way against University as Classical Magnet made off with a 77-54 win. That's another feather in the cap for Classical Magnet, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, University still got an impressive performance from Malik Rich, who scored 26 points. That was a full 48.1% of University's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Appiah-Hagan, who scored 11 points.
Classical Magnet is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for University, they have not been sharp recently as the team has lost seven of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
