After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hamilton, Adirondack was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Westmoreland Bulldogs an 8-0 shutout. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by eight runs or more this season.
Allison Croniser was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
