The Pilgrim Academy kept a clean sheet against Cumberland Christian  on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by  a  7-0 margin over the Cumberland Christian Crusaders. Considering the Pioneers have won three matchups by more than two  goals this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.

 The Pilgrim Academy is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record  this season. As for Cumberland Christian,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 0-5.
 The Pilgrim Academy has already played their next game,  a  6-2  victory against Trinity Christian on the 5th. As for Cumberland Christian, they will have a little extra prep time after the  defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gloucester County Christian at 4:00  p.m.  on October 15th.
