Buckfield had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Forest Hills Tigers as they made off with an 11-3 win. The Bucks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

Buckfield's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Forest Hills, they moved to 7-2 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Buckfield will challenge rival Telstar at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Forest Hills is set to square off against their familiar foe Temple Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
