As a matter of fact, that's the most points Keener has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brady Scott, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, North Wilkes had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on West Wilkes with a sharp 60-40 victory on Friday.
This is the second loss in a row for Wilkes Central and nudges their season record down to 12-8. As for North Wilkes, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
