The Denver Academy of Torah Wolves entered their tilt with the Two Roads Charter School Falcons with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Denver Academy of Torah enjoyed a cozy 47-28 win over Two Roads Charter School on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Denver Academy of Torah also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
Denver Academy of Torah can attribute much of their success to Eli Polotsky, who scored 17 points. It was the first time this season that Polotsky scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ami Gelman, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Denver Academy of Torah pushed their record up to 8-6 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Two Roads Charter School, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Denver Academy of Torah's road trip will continue as they head out to face Vanguard Classical East at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th. As for Two Roads Charter School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ascent Classical Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
